Terms and conditions

Payments:

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure or upon arrival but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment , based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Payment for the cab service must be made in full one day before the conclusion of the trip
Any additional charges incurred during the trip such as extra hours, fuel surcharge to cover the cost of fuel if the trip exceeds a certain distance or duration or any additional service fees for special requests or accommodations will be billed separately and must be paid at the end of the journey.

Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payment can be made through UPI or Bank Transfer.

Service Hours and Duration:

The standard duty of our drivers is for 10 hours per day, unless otherwise specified.
Our cab service is not for full disposal; customers are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and itinerary.

Responsibilities of Customers:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off locations at the time of booking.
Customers are expected to treat the driver and the vehicle with respect and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the journey.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct of the customer will be the customer's responsibility and may incur additional charges.

Liability and Insurance:

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

MeghaYatra Cab Service reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any changes.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.
